我们非常重视您的隐私。本隐私政策是针对优米公司UMIDIGI做出的隐私方面的陈述与承诺,属于《优米隐私政策》的重要组成部分。涉及到UMIDIGI特殊约定的,若与《优米隐私政策》之间存在不一致的,以本隐私政策为准;若本隐私政策未约定的,以《优米隐私政策》为准。特别是关于“未成年人信息保护、安全措施、跨境传输”等部分的约定,建议您详细阅读《优米隐私政策》。

本隐私政策在制定时充分考虑到您的需求,您全面了解我们的个人信息收集和使用惯例,同时确保您最终能控制提供给我们的个人信息,这一点至关重要。本隐私政策规定我们如何收集、使用、披露、处理和存储您使用我们的UMIDIGI时提供给我们的信息。本隐私政策下“个人信息”指通过信息本身或通过关联其他信息后能够识别特定个人的数据。我们将严格遵守本隐私政策来使用这些信息。

一、我们收集哪些信息以及如何使用信息

(一)、您须授权我们收集和使用您个人信息的情形

收集个人信息的目的在于向您提供产品和/或服务,并且保证我们遵守适用的相关法律、法规及其他规范性文件。您有权自行选择是否提供该信息,但多数情况下,如果您不提供,我们可能无法向您提供相应的服务,也无法回应您遇到的问题。这些功能包括:

(1) 智能设备连接

为了给您提供UMIDIGI的服务,使您可以安全地连接、管理智能设备,我们可能会收集您的Wi-Fi信息、位置信息、登录帐号信息、手机相关信息,智能设备相关信息,以及优米帐号和智能设备的关联信息。这些信息将用于为您提供智能设备快连、连接、发现附近设备和设备管理的功能。上述各项信息,详细列举如下:

登录帐号信息:优米帐号、昵称、头像信息。

手机相关信息:硬件设备标识(IMEI/OAID, Mac地址, Android ID)、手机型号、系统版本信息、系统语言、手机所设置的国家或地区、应用商店的版本号、手机屏幕尺寸及分辨率、CPU及显示设备相关信息。

连接智能设备过程中收集的信息:基于您需要链接的智能设备的类型,我们可能会收集如下信息:

通过Wi-Fi连接的智能设备:Wi-Fi信息(SSID,BSSID, Wi-Fi的Mac地址、Wi-Fi密码)、设备Mac地址、设备ID。

通过蓝牙建立本地连接后,通过Wi-Fi连接的智能设备:Wi-Fi信息(SSID,BSSID, Wi-Fi的Mac地址、Wi-Fi密码)、设备Mac地址、设备蓝牙Mac地址。

通过蓝牙连接的智能设备:设备蓝牙Mac地址、设备ID。

通过Zig-bee方式连接的智能设备:设备Mac地址、设备ID。

(2)设备共享

我们支持您将智能设备通过优米帐号和微信,分享他人一起使用。经分享后,被分享者同样可以对智能设备进行控制。为了享受此功能,我们可能收集您的帐号ID、您提供的分享帐号ID、被分享的设备信息(设备ID、设备名称、设备验证key、设备的分享状态),用于为您提供将设备分享给其他优米帐号的用户共同控制、使用的功能,以及用于设备列表页展示分享状态。

(3) 应用和智能硬件升级:

为了使您持续享受最新的UMIDIGI服务,我们可能会使用您UMIDIGI应用的版本信息、手机型号用于为您提供UMIDIGI应用的升级服务。同时,我们可能收集您已连接的智能设备列表和版本号信息,用于为您提供智能设备的升级功能,以确保您可以使用最新版本的服务(包括固件版本)。

(4) 获取您手机里边应用安装列表:

为了实现您的分享功能,我们需要了解您是否有安装一些应用。例如您分享了一些照片到微信,我们需要获取此权限来了解您是否安装了微信,以便完成分享的操作。

(二)您充分知晓,以下情形中,我们收集、使用个人信息无需征得您的同意:

与国家安全、国防安全有关的;

与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的;

与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的;

出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的;

所收集的个人信息是个人信息主体自行向社会公众公开的;

从合法公开披露的信息中收集的您的个人信息的,如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道;

根据您的要求签订合同所必需的;

用于维护所提供的产品与/或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的,例如发现、处置产品与/或服务的故障;

为合法的新闻报道所必需的;

学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要,且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时,对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的;

(三)非个人信息

我们还可能收集其他无法识别到特定个人的信息(即不属于个人信息的信息),例如您使用特定服务时产生的统计类数据,如用户的操作行为(包括点击、页面跳转、浏览时间)。收集此类信息的目的在于改善我们向您提供的服务。所收集信息的类别和数量取决于您如何使用我们产品和/或服务。 我们会将此类信息汇总,用于帮助我们向客户提供更有用的信息,了解客户对我们网站、产品和服务中的哪些部分最感兴趣。就本隐私政策而言,汇总数据被视为非个人信息。如果我们将非个人信息与个人信息结合使用,则在结合使用期间,此类信息将被视为个人信息。

软件问题收集服务提供商:本业务中的软件问题收集服务由包括腾讯bugly在内的第三方提供,目的在于获取软件出现的问题,并及时进行软件更新。

四、保留政策

我们基于本隐私政策中所述的信息收集的目的所必需的期间,或者遵守适用的相关法律要求保留个人信息。个人信息在完成收集目的,或在我们确认您的删除或注销申请后,或我们终止运营相应产品或服务后,我们将停止保留,并做删除或匿名化处理。如果是出于公众利益、科学、历史研究或统计的目的,我们将基于适用的法律继续保留相关数据,即使进一步的数据处理与原有的收集目的无关。

五、您的权利

(一)控制设置

如您希望注销具体产品或服务,您可以通过访问https://www.umidigi.com/page-support联系我们进行服务注销。如您希望注销优米帐号,由于注销优米帐号的操作将使您无法使用优米全线产品和服务,请您谨慎操作。我们为了保护您或他人的合法权益会结合您对优米各产品和服务的使用情况判断是否支持您的注销请求。例如存在尚未偿还的分期,则我们不能立即支持您的请求。

六、您的个人信息如何在全球范围转移

优米通过全球运营及控制设施处理和备份个人信息。 目前,优米在欧洲和其他地区设有数据中心。 基于本隐私政策所描述的目的,您的信息可能会根据适用的法律传输至这些数据中心。

我们还可能将您的个人信息传输给第三方服务提供商与业务合作伙伴,因此,您的信息可能也会传输至其他国家或地区。 这些全球设施所处的司法管辖区可能不会依据您所处的司法管辖区所具有的相同标准保护个人信息,根据不同的数据保护法,可能存在不同的风险。但是,这并不会改变我们遵守本隐私政策以及保护您的个人信息的承诺。

Our Privacy Policy will take effect on Jan 1, 2021. From this date onwards, this Privacy Policy can provide privacy details on how we manage your personal information for Youmi Intelligent products and services. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Privacy Policy and let us know if you have any questions.

Our commitment to you

Shenzhen Youmi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Youmi Intelligent", "we", "our" or "us") highly value your privacy. UMIDIGI is a smart device control and management platform provided to you by Youmi Intelligent.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy is a statement and commitment covering the aspect of privacy for Youmi Intelligent’s UMIDIGI app and constitutes an integral part of the Youmi Intelligent Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Youmi Intelligent Privacy Policy and another specific agreement involving UMIDIGI, the terms of this Privacy Policy shall take precedence. Matters not expressly provided for under this Privacy Policy shall by governed by the Youmi Intelligent Privacy Policy. We recommend that you carefully read the Youmi Intelligent Privacy Policy and pay particular attention to provisions on “protection, security measures, and cross-border data transfers of information of minors”.

This Privacy Policy was formulated to fully take your needs into account. It is important that you fully understand our personal information collection and usage practices and ensure that you are ultimately able to exercise control over the personal information you provide to us. I. What Information We Collect and How We Use It

(I) Circumstances which require you to authorize us to collect and use your personal information

Personal information is collected in order to provide you with products and/or services as well as to ensure legal compliance on our part with applicable laws, regulations, and other regulatory documents. You have the right to choose whether or not to provide this information. However, in most cases, if you do not provide such information, we may be unable to provide corresponding services to you, or we may be unable to respond to a problem you encounter. These features include:

(1) Smart device connections

In order to provide you with UMIDIGI services and allow you to securely connect to and manage smart devices, we may collect your Wi-Fi information, location information, account login information, information related to your mobile phone and smart device, and information associated with your UMIDIGI account and smart device. This information will be used to provide you with various functionality including pairing with and connecting to smart devices, discovering nearby devices, and device management. Specific examples involving the above information are set out below:

Account login information: UMIDIGI account, nickname, and profile picture information.

Mobile phone related information: Hardware-based identifiers (IMEI/OAID, MAC address, Android ID), phone model, OS version, OS language, country or region, App Store version, screen size and resolution, CPU, and display device related information.

Information to be collected during connection to a smart device: Based on the type of the smart device you need to get connected to, we may collect the following information:

Smart devices connected via Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, MAC address of Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi password), MAC address of the device, and device ID.

After establishment of a local connection via Bluetooth, smart devices connected via Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, MAC address of Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi password), MAC address of the device, and MAC address of Bluetooth on the device.

Smart devices connected via Bluetooth: MAC address of Bluetooth on the device, and device ID.

Smart devices connected via Zig-bee: MAC address of the device, and device ID.

(2) Device sharing

We provide support for you to share smart devices with others through UMIDIGI accounts. Sharing a smart device with someone else allows them to also control the device. In order to enjoy this feature, we may collect your account ID, the ID you provide relating to the account with which you share access, and shared device information (including device ID, device name, device verification key, and sharing status of device). Such information allows us to give you the ability to share device control and usage with the accounts of other UMIDIGI users as well as to display the device’s sharing status on the My Devices page in the UMIDIGI app.

(3) App and smart device updates:

To ensure you can continue enjoying the latest UMIDIGI services, we may use the version information of your UMIDIGI app and phone model in order to provide you with updates to the UMIDIGI app. We may also collect a list of your connected smart devices and associated version information in order to provide you with smart device updates so that you can use the latest version of the service (including firmware version).

(4) Get the list of application installations in your phone:

In order to realize your sharing function, we need to know whether you have installed some apps. For example, if you share some photos to WeChat, we need to obtain this permission to know whether you have WeChat installed in order to complete the sharing operation.

(II) Circumstances which you may authorize us to collect and use your personal information

To make you enjoy better control and management of smart devices provided by UMIDIGI, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional features. If you do not provide these personal information, you can still use the basic services of UMIDIGI, but you may not be able to use such valuable additional features. These additional features include:

(1) User feedback:

We may collect feedback from you on issues that you report to us, a feedback log, and any phone numbers or email addresses that you provide to us. This information will be used to help us better understand any problems you encounter as well as to allow us to contact you.

(III) Situations where we obtain your personal information from a third party Under certain conditions permitted by law, we may obtain your personal information from a third party. For example, with the smart scenes function (smart device connections), if you provide authorization, we may obtain the device status of the smart device from the area where the smart device is located in order to determine whether to activate a smart scene (for example, if you configure a rule to turn on a light whenever someone walks by a sensor). You can add or remove smart connection rules on the “Smart” page. You can also choose whether to enable or disable smart connections on the Smart Devices page.

(IV) Non-personal information

We may also collect other types of information which are not directly or indirectly linked to an individual and which may not be defined as personal information according to applicable local laws. Such information may include statistical data generated when you use a specific service, such as including clicks, page redirects, and browsing time Such information is collected in order to improve the services we provide to you.

II. Sharing Your Personal Information with Third Party Service Providers

We do not sell any personal information to third parties. To help us provide you with products and services described in this Privacy Policy, we may, where necessary, share your personal information with our third party service providers and business partners. Youmi Intelligent will conduct due diligence and have contracts in place to ensure that third-party service providers comply with the applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Location-based service providers: The location-based services component of our services is provided by third party providers including AutoNavi. In order to offer you location-based services, we may provide information such as your device identifier information to any of these service providers. If we share your personal information with these third parties, we will use encryption technology or other means to keep your information secure. We perform reasonable reviews of the data security practices of companies and organizations with which we share personal information and/or also sign strict data processing agreements with them. Furthermore, we require third parties to take adequate measures to safeguard your information and to strictly comply with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

Software problem collection service provider: The software problem collection service in this business is provided by a third party, including Tencent bugly, with the purpose of obtaining software problems and timely software updates.

III. Retention Policy

We will retain personal information for the period of time needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected as described in this Privacy Policy, or we will retain personal information in order to comply with applicable legal requirements. We will cease to retain your personal information and will delete or anonymize it once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, or after we confirm your request for deletion or cancellation, or after we discontinue the corresponding product or service. We will continue to retain relevant information in accordance with applicable laws even if further information processing is unrelated to the original purpose of collection, provided that doing so would be in the public interest or for scientific or historical research or statistical purposes.

IV. Your Rights

(I) Settings control

We recognize that privacy concerns differ from person to person. Therefore, we provide examples of ways UMIDIGI makes available for you to choose to restrict the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your personal information and control your privacy settings: Enable or disable location access, camera, microphone, and read/write access permissions on your phone;

Modify personal information such as your nickname or profile picture. To do so, open the UMIDIGI app and go to “Me > Settings > Personal data”;

Log into or out of your UMIDIGI Account.

If you have previously agreed to our using of your personal information for the abovementioned purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing us a letter or visiting https://www.umidigi.com/page-support .

(II) Your rights to your personal information

Subject to the applicable laws and regulations of your country or region, you have the right to request access to, correct, and/or delete any personal information we have about you (hereinafter referred to as a “request”).

Most laws require a data subject to meet certain requirements when making a request. This Privacy Policy requires any request you make to meet the following conditions:

To safeguard your personal information, your request should be made in writing through our designated request channel (unless oral requests are expressly permitted by local law);

Provide enough information for us to verify your identity and ensure that the requester is the data subject or is otherwise legally authorized to request the information;

Once we have a sufficient amount of information and confirm that we are able to process your request, we will respond to your request within the period specified by applicable data protection laws. Specifically:

We may provide to you, in accordance with your request and applicable laws and regulations, a free copy of the record of personal information about you that we have collected and processed. However, if you make an additional request regarding related information, we reserve the right, pursuant to applicable law, to charge you a reasonable fee for your data access request based on actual management costs involved.

If you wish to cancel your UMIDIGI account, please exercise caution before doing so, as canceling your account will prevent you from being able to enjoy the full line of Youmi Intelligent products and services. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we will determine whether to grant your cancellation request based on your usage of Youmi Intelligent products and services. For example, if you an outstanding amount due, we will not be able to immediately grant your request.

V. HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS TRANSFERRED GLOBALLY

Youmi Intelligent runs and controls facilities worldwide to process and back up personal information. Currently, Youmi Intelligent runs data centers in China, India, the United States, Germany, Russia, and Singapore. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, your information may be transferred to these data centers according to applicable laws.

We may also share your personal information with our Third Party Service Providers and business partners, therefore, your information may also be transferred to other countries or regions. The jurisdiction of these facilities worldwide may not implement the same personal information protection standards as in your jurisdiction. Risk may exist depending on different data protection laws. However, this does not change any of our commitments to comply with this Privacy Policy and safeguard your personal information.

Specifically,

• The personal information collected and generated during our operations in the mainland of the People's Republic of China will be stored in the data centers operated in China's mainland, except for information that is allowed for cross-border transfer according to applicable laws.
